In "Who is the King？？", players are dealt 17 cards each. The goal is to be the first to play all your cards. At the start of the game, players bid to be the "KIng" to decide which side they're on. Then two sides play against each other. The side that gets rid of all their cards first wins. The "KIng" gets to play the first set of cards. Players follow in a counter - clockwise direction. They can choose to play a bigger set of cards or pass.
