These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FCHQ.io, the FCHQ companion app, FCHQ community features, account services, HQ Coins, tickets, rewards, subscriptions, premium passes, quests, raffles, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Metavision, Incorporated doing business as FCHQ ("FCHQ", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any additional rules presented for a specific feature, promotion, quest, raffle, reward, subscription, or shop item. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Some features may also be subject to third-party terms, including Epic Games, Discord, Stripe, Giftogram, Overwolf, analytics providers, advertising providers, email providers, and gift card or prize providers. You are responsible for complying with those terms when you use related features.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Certain rewards, payment methods, gift cards, third-party redemptions, subscriptions, and promotions may require you to be older or meet additional eligibility rules.
You are responsible for your account, credentials, linked accounts, device access, and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may require a linked Epic Games account, Discord account, verified email address, or other eligibility signal before you can earn HQ Coins, enter promotions, buy premium passes, redeem shop items, subscribe, claim rewards, or receive community benefits.
FCHQ grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or abuse the Service except as allowed by law or expressly permitted by FCHQ.
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, impersonate others, harass users, submit malicious code, manipulate rewards, farm accounts, evade rate limits, automate gameplay or entries, spoof app visibility, replay gameplay events, or otherwise undermine the integrity of FCHQ systems, games, quests, promotions, raffles, subscriptions, or rewards.
If you submit clips, screenshots, comments, profile details, map data, social activity, Discord-linked activity, or other content to the Service, you grant FCHQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute that content to operate, improve, promote, and market the Service.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms. We may remove content or restrict accounts at any time.
HQ Coins, tickets, reward balances, daily rewards, premium grants, quest rewards, mission rewards, raffle entries, community raffle entries, and similar digital balances are promotional features of the Service. They are not money, legal tender, stored value, deposits, securities, bank accounts, property, or cash equivalents.
HQ Coins and tickets have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn for cash, cannot be sold, transferred, brokered, assigned, pledged, or exchanged outside FCHQ-approved flows, and may be revoked, corrected, capped, expired, suspended, or adjusted by FCHQ where we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, correct errors, prevent abuse, manage reward availability, or preserve the economy.
Earn rates, exchange rates, daily caps, redemption rates, shop prices, ticket costs, reward availability, multipliers, eligibility rules, and earning sources may change at any time. Displayed estimates are informational and do not guarantee future value, availability, or redemption.
You may earn HQ Coins, tickets, or other rewards from quests, missions, gameplay objectives, daily rewards, premium subscriptions, premium passes, admin grants, sponsored campaigns, community activity, or other FCHQ features. Each source may have its own rules, limits, budgets, eligibility checks, and anti-abuse review.
Free users may be eligible for a second-screen bonus when the required FCHQ companion quest window or other required surface is open and visible while they play. Paid tiers may receive always-on gameplay multipliers as described in the premium plan details. Free second-screen bonuses and paid-tier multipliers do not necessarily stack unless FCHQ expressly says they do for a specific feature.
FCHQ may pause or disable HQ Coin rewards, sponsored mission rewards, FCHQ mission rewards, quest coin rewards, multipliers, redemptions, subscription grants, daily rewards, or specific reward sources at any time for maintenance, fraud review, budget controls, provider issues, legal review, or economy protection.
The FCHQ shop may let eligible users spend HQ Coins on gift cards, premium passes, digital items, physical items, or other rewards. A redemption is not complete until FCHQ confirms it, the required HQ Coins are debited, eligibility checks pass, and the reward is processed by FCHQ or the applicable provider.
Gift card rewards may be fulfilled by Giftogram or another third-party provider. Giftogram redemptions are completed on Giftogram's site and are subject to Giftogram's terms, recipient eligibility rules, supported jurisdictions, merchant availability, and redemption instructions. FCHQ is not responsible for merchant availability, provider outages, unsupported countries, codes or links lost after delivery, incorrect user-provided country or email information, or third-party terms.
Shop redemptions may be subject to daily limits, admin review, fraud review, provider review, claim windows, inventory limits, manual fulfillment, shipping requirements, tax reporting, and regional restrictions. If a redemption fails or becomes ambiguous, FCHQ may queue the order for review, retry fulfillment, refund HQ Coins, provide alternate fulfillment, cancel the order, or take another reasonable action at our discretion and where permitted by law.
Physical rewards may require a valid shipping name, address, and related fulfillment details. PayPal or other payout methods, when available, may require a valid payout email and may be subject to fees, provider rules, and additional identity or eligibility checks.
FCHQ may offer quests, deterministic rewards, leaderboards, raffles, community raffles, sponsored missions, giveaways, and other promotions. Additional official rules may apply. If a promotion has special rules, those rules control for that promotion if they conflict with these Terms.
FCHQ does not sell raffle tickets directly for cash. Unless specific rules say otherwise, users participate through free in-service methods such as using the app, playing eligible experiences, completing activities, earning HQ Coins or tickets, and spending earned HQ Coins or tickets through FCHQ-approved flows. No separate mail-in or postal entry method is offered unless stated in the official rules for a specific promotion.
Community raffle entries may be based on Discord-linked or community activity, and HQ Coin donations to community raffle pots are voluntary. Donations are generally final once submitted unless FCHQ determines that an error, abuse, or legal issue requires a correction.
FCHQ may remove entries, reverse rewards, redraw winners, cancel or modify promotions, disqualify users, or withhold prizes if we detect fraud, manipulation, ineligible participation, technical failure, legal restrictions, or other issues affecting promotion integrity.
Paid subscriptions are processed through third-party checkout and billing providers, including Tebex, Overwolf, or Stripe where available. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing interval until canceled, unless the checkout page or plan terms say otherwise. You authorize the applicable billing provider and FCHQ to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, taxes, and applicable charges.
You can cancel or manage billing through the billing portal linked from your FCHQ account. Cancellation stops future renewals, but you keep paid benefits until the end of the paid billing period unless the law requires a different result or FCHQ says otherwise. Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or expressly approved by FCHQ.
Premium passes purchased with HQ Coins are one-time, non-renewing entitlements for the displayed duration. They are not subscriptions, do not create a cash billing relationship, and do not have cash value. Premium benefits, prices, grants, multipliers, ads, lookup credits, Discord roles, and monthly HQ Coin grants may change over time.
The Service may integrate with Epic Games, Discord, Google, Twitter, Stripe, Giftogram, Mailgun, PostHog, Google Analytics, Overwolf, Nitro, hosting providers, and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, fees, eligibility requirements, account restrictions, payment processing, redemption experiences, or data practices.
Linking a third-party account lets FCHQ verify eligibility, apply benefits, attribute gameplay, complete missions, fulfill rewards, sync subscription roles, or provide community features. You are responsible for keeping linked accounts in good standing.
FCHQ may review accounts, gameplay events, purchases, claims, redemptions, entries, transactions, linked accounts, app telemetry, device signals, IP addresses, and other activity for security, support, fraud prevention, chargeback review, legal compliance, and promotion integrity.
We may correct balances, reverse transactions, withhold rewards, suspend redemptions, limit accounts, require verification, block provider requests, or terminate accounts if we believe activity is mistaken, abusive, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting obligations, forms, or fees associated with rewards, prizes, gift cards, payments, subscriptions, or other benefits you receive. FCHQ may require information or documentation before fulfilling a prize or reward if needed for tax, compliance, or fraud prevention.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using the Service, you acknowledge that FCHQ processes information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service, features, rewards, subscriptions, prices, balances, catalogs, quests, promotions, APIs, app functionality, and third party integrations may change, pause, or become unavailable at any time. FCHQ does not guarantee uninterrupted service, reward availability, redemption availability, provider availability, or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk for FCHQ or users, manipulate rewards, abuse promotions, create legal or security concerns, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and you may lose access to HQ Coins, tickets, entries, pending rewards, reward orders, premium benefits, and account data except where law requires otherwise.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCHQ disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCHQ and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, rewards, balances, opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from the Service, third-party services, rewards, promotions, subscriptions, or these Terms.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FCHQ and its directors, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oregon for disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, except where law requires otherwise.
