1. Sponsor

FCHQ Quests, missions, deterministic reward campaigns, raffles, community raffles, giveaways, and related promotional campaigns (collectively, "Promotions") are sponsored by Metavision, Incorporated doing business as FCHQ ("Sponsor"). FCHQ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or administered by Epic Games, Fortnite, Discord, Stripe, Giftogram, PayPal, Overwolf, or any prize manufacturer unless a specific Promotion says otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are open only to individuals who are at least 13 years old at the time of participation and who are legally allowed to participate where they live. Participants between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Certain prizes, payment methods, gift cards, subscriptions, third-party redemption flows, or shipping destinations may require participants to be older, satisfy provider terms, or meet additional eligibility rules. Specific Promotions may have additional geographic, account-linking, age, team, role, or platform restrictions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

Each Promotion has its own Promotion Period, start time, end time, reward schedule, and claim deadline. Specific dates and times may be shown in the FCHQ companion app, on FCHQ.io, in Discord, or in Promotion-specific rules. FCHQ may adjust the start or end date of a Promotion if needed for technical, legal, integrity, provider, or operational reasons.

4. How to Participate Without Purchase

No purchase is required to participate in free FCHQ Promotions unless a specific paid offer is clearly labeled as a paid product or subscription. FCHQ does not sell Promotion entries directly for cash. Unless a specific Promotion says otherwise, participants use the free Service and approved in-service activity to earn HQ Coins, tickets, entries, progress, or rewards:

• Download and install the Fortnite Companion app on your PC.
• Open and run the App concurrently while playing Fortnite.
• Log in, verify your FCHQ account, and link required accounts such as Epic or Discord when a Promotion requires them.
• Enroll in the Quest, mission, raffle, community raffle, or Promotion if enrollment is required.
• Complete the specified activities, challenges, objectives, missions, or community actions during the Promotion Period.
• Use earned HQ Coins, tickets, or entries only through FCHQ-approved flows.

Participants must have the required app, account, enrollment, and linked-account status active for tracking to occur. FCHQ does not accept mailed, postal, email, or manual entry requests unless the official rules for a specific Promotion expressly provide that method. Other Promotions may have different entry methods, which will be stated in their Promotion-specific rules.

5. HQ Coins, Tickets, Entries, and Reward Types

• HQ Coins are promotional digital balances used inside the Service. HQ Coins are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside FCHQ-approved flows.
• Tickets and entries are promotional participation records used for certain raffles or drawings. They are not cash, property, or stored value.
• Some Promotions award deterministic rewards when you complete stated tasks. Other Promotions award HQ Coins, tickets, entries, leaderboard rank, or reward inventory items.
• The number of HQ Coins, tickets, entries, or rewards available for an activity may be capped per user, per challenge, per map, per time period, per sponsor budget, or per Promotion.
• FCHQ may pause, correct, reverse, cap, or adjust HQ Coins, tickets, entries, and rewards for fraud prevention, budget controls, technical issues, legal compliance, or economy protection.

6. Challenges, Missions, and Multipliers

• Each Quest or mission may contain one or more challenges, gameplay objectives, map objectives, social objectives, or account-linking objectives.
• Challenge requirements, completion limits, reward amounts, and eligible maps or modes are shown in the app, website, mission details, or Promotion-specific rules.
• Gameplay objective rewards may be affected by subscription tier multipliers or Free second-screen bonus rules when those benefits are enabled.
• Free users always earn the base eligible HQ Coin reward, and may earn an additional second-screen bonus only when the required FCHQ companion quest window or other required surface is open and visible while playing.
• Paid tiers may earn always-on gameplay multipliers without the Free second-screen surface. Free second-screen bonuses and paid-tier multipliers do not stack unless FCHQ expressly says they do for a specific Promotion.
• Monthly subscription grants, daily rewards, shop refunds, admin grants, and non-gameplay rewards are not multiplied unless FCHQ expressly says otherwise.
• FCHQ may exclude paid-tier bonuses, subscription grants, or multipliers from a specific Promotion if needed for fairness, legal compliance, sponsor requirements, or economy protection.

7. Prizes

Prizes and rewards for each Promotion are specified in the Promotion details. Prizes may include HQ Coins, tickets, V-Bucks gift cards, Giftogram-powered gift cards, PayPal payouts if enabled, physical prizes, digital codes, premium passes, merchandise, or other rewards. Prize availability, method, value, currency, region, and provider may vary.

8. Raffles, Drawings, and Winner Selection

Some Promotions use random drawings, weighted drawings, raffle tickets, community raffle entries, or similar selection mechanics. When a random or weighted drawing is used:

• The selection process begins with the highest value Prize.
• Winners are drawn randomly, weighted by the number of Entries each participant holds, unless otherwise specified.
• Once a participant wins a Prize, they are removed from the pool for subsequent Prize draws within the same Promotion.
• The process repeats for all Prizes in descending order of value.
• Odds depend on the number of eligible entries or tickets received, weighting rules, and any caps or restrictions that apply to the Promotion.

Winners may be notified by email, in-app message, Discord-linked message, account notification, or another reasonable method. FCHQ may require a response, claim, eligibility confirmation, tax information, or provider-specific information before fulfillment.

9. Community Raffles and Donations

• Community raffle entries may be earned from Discord-linked or community activity, depending on the Promotion details.
• Community raffle entries are not the same as standard app tickets unless FCHQ expressly says they are for a specific Promotion.
• FCHQ may determine qualifying community activity, entry limits, eligibility, and winner selection methods for each community raffle.
• HQ Coin donations to a community raffle pot are voluntary and generally final once submitted unless FCHQ determines that an error, abuse, legal issue, or technical issue requires correction.
• FCHQ may remove entries, reverse donations, or cancel community raffle activity for abuse, manipulation, botting, spam, ineligible activity, or Discord account issues.

10. Claiming Prizes

Upon notification:

• Winners must log into the Service or App and claim their Prize within fourteen (14) days from the end of the Promotion or the claim deadline shown for the reward, whichever is stated for that Promotion.
• Failure to claim within the claim window may result in forfeiture, redraw, cancellation, or another action chosen by FCHQ where permitted by law.
• After a valid claim, FCHQ will process the claim within a reasonable time. Digital rewards are often processed faster, but provider review, admin review, shipping, tax review, eligibility checks, and fraud checks may take longer.
• The claim flow may require a valid email address, country, shipping address, PayPal email, provider handoff, tax information, or other information needed for the selected reward method.
• If a provider response is failed, ambiguous, delayed, or inconsistent, FCHQ may queue the reward for admin review before delivery or refund.

11. Daily Rewards and Reward Inventory

• Daily rewards may include HQ Coins, tickets, streak rewards, or other items. Reward amounts, streak rules, reset timing, and availability may change.
• Elite or other paid tiers may receive auto-claim features when enabled. Auto-claim does not guarantee reward availability during outages, paused periods, or eligibility review.
• Reward inventory items may have claim windows, claim methods, provider rules, region limits, and manual review requirements.
• FCHQ may pause daily rewards, inventory claims, redemptions, and related processing for maintenance, fraud prevention, provider issues, legal review, or economy protection.

12. User-Generated Content and Media Rights

By submitting, posting, or displaying any content (including, but not limited to, video clips, screenshots, images, and other media, collectively "User Content") on or through FCHQ's services, including the FCHQ app and website, you grant FCHQ and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, create derivative works, distribute, and otherwise exploit such User Content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, for any purpose, including for promotional and marketing purposes, without any compensation to you.

13. Privacy and Data Use

By participating, you agree to FCHQ's Privacy Policy available at fchq.io/privacy

• FCHQ may use account, gameplay, app, linked-account, HQ Coin, ticket, raffle, reward, subscription, and device data to operate Promotions and verify integrity.
• Service providers and reward providers such as Giftogram, Mailgun, Stripe, Discord services, analytics providers, and fulfillment partners may receive information needed to provide their services.
• FCHQ may use aggregated or deidentified gameplay, reward, and Promotion data for analytics, fraud prevention, reporting, and promotional purposes.

14. Cheating and Disqualification

Participants are expected to play fairly:

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game glitches is prohibited.
• Botting, account farming, replay abuse, spoofing app visibility, second-window manipulation, chargeback abuse, referral abuse, automated entry, reward farming, Discord spam, and transaction manipulation are prohibited.
• FCHQ reserves the right to remove HQ Coins, tickets, entries, rewards, or winnings and ban participants from future Promotions if abuse is suspected or confirmed.
• Decisions regarding disqualification are at FCHQ's sole discretion and are final.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:

• Participation in the Promotion.
• Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize.

16. Force Majeure

FCHQ reserves the right to modify the start or end date of any Promotion, including active and upcoming Promotions. FCHQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, pause, or cancel a Promotion, HQ Coin reward source, multiplier, raffle, redemption, claim flow, daily reward, or shop reward if it becomes incapable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Infection by computer virus.
• Bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention.
• Fraud, technical failures.
• Provider outages, Giftogram or payment processing issues, inventory issues, budget exhaustion, legal restrictions, tax requirements, or sponsor changes.
• Any other causes beyond the control of FCHQ.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable federal laws of the United States.

• Any disputes arising out of or connected with this promotion will be resolved individually without resort to class action.
• Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Oregon to resolve any legal matters arising from the Official Rules or participation in the Promotion.

18. General Conditions

• FCHQ reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.
• Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• FCHQ's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

19. Tax Obligations

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, local, and international taxes, duties, fees, reporting obligations, and forms associated with any Prize or reward. FCHQ may require winners to complete and submit necessary tax or identity forms before fulfillment.

20. Affiliation Disclaimer

The Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Epic Games, Fortnite, or any other third-party platforms. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are property of their respective owners.

21. Void Where Prohibited

This promotion is void where prohibited by law. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are legally eligible to participate under their country's laws.

22. Acceptance of Official Rules

By participating in any Promotion, participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Official Rules and the decisions of FCHQ, which are final and binding.
