Adjust the lighting to mute down the colors and tones, add some wet concrete roads, slathered in rain, with some good props throughout and you have an urbanized cyber city gaming level.

2 | FUTURISTIC PORTAL ART Cyber Cities are known for their use of art, from graffiti to advertising ads posted everywhere! The best real life example you can view for inspiration would be Tokyo, Japan. (photo below)

As you see, the city covered in advertisements and bright lights! Now a lot of these things can be custom made, using the elements from the shape gallery. However, if you are in a rush for time, Epic just recently released a new Cyber City gallery in the v23.20 update that can be extremely helpful when creating this effect!

This Fortnite Creative Cyber Gallery provides you with an amazing array of billboard advertisements and light fragments that can be used to create interesting effects! In addition to that, there are metal backboards that can be used as a frame. You can fill these in with any futuristic portal art of your choosing!
