As you gear up for UEFN and what it might bring, have you ever been curious about the world of coding? I know I have, so I ventured out to find ways to learn on my own. Many know that once Fortnite Creative 2.0 launches it will be using a new scripting language that is going to be especially suited for the Fortnite Meta-Verse. But since there is limited information on it, there isn't much we can do to start to learn it. However, I did find that Unreal Engine uses C++ coding!
So what is C++ Coding?
C++, developed by the highly esteemed Danish computer scientist Bjarne Stroustrup, is a powerful and versatile language used for general-purpose programming at several levels. You can build a variety of applications using C++ such as Operating Systems, Games, GUI Based Applications, Web Browsers, Database Management Systems, Cloud Computing and Distributed Applications, and even machine learning libraries! Now, will C++ be similar to UEFN Verse? That is something we do not know at this time. And regardless if we know it or not, it is still worth taking a chance to explore the language that makes UNREAL ENGINE so unique!
