Today, Thursday August 14th marks the release of Squid Game Islands in the Fortnite Ecosystem.

What's So Different?

Squid Game islands allow creators to use epic made realistic props and devices relating to IP, if you agree to share 30% of your revenue with the IP Holder (Netflix). This increases the innovatation in the ecosystem as IP restrictions will be lifted.

## How Will Islands Be Showcased?

For the next few weeks, Squid Game islands will be featured in a special collection tab. This will allow your map to be found easier! Netflix Will also curate a "Netflix Picks" Tab, allowing the most innovative experiences to be found easily. Too Much For You?
